C-Series Conveyors    

Description

The C-series conveyor is specifically designed for steep excavation work; it is ideal for basement excavating, utility contracting and other earth and material applications.  The narrow frame fits easily into small openings or windows, making any job easier.  The belt buckets have a high capacity to eliminate material rollback at steep inclines.
    This conveyor can handle big loads, yet is easy enough for two or three men to handle. It is equipped with a medium capacity 2" side wall, and constructed with a 7/8" steel tube frame. This conveyor is a proven asset to the basement excavator, eliminating hours of unnecessary work. 
  

C-series

Standard Specifications

Belt- 10" wide, flat, 2ply rough top belt.

Belt Speed- Constant 130 FPM.  *variable speed available in 3 phase.

Motor- 1-2 HP single phase 115/230v, RPm 1725.  *Gas or hydraulic motors available.

Speed Reduction- Sealed 10:1 Gear box. #40 Rollar chain.

Total gear ratio- 12.92:1

Cleats- 2" tall rubber bucket cup, bolted on 20" centers.

Drive Drum- 7" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Tail Pulley- 6" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Take-ups- Take-ups provided at tail pulley. Provides 4" of belt take-up.

Bearings- Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings.

TR-3 Series Conveyors    

Description

A TR3-Series belt conveyor is designed for conveying material from one level to another. With four inch high cleats, this conveyor is designed to move bulky material such as tires, boxes, containers etc. Material can be conveyed at steeper inclines, which helps reduce the amount of floor space.
