LOW PROFILE SORTATION SYSTEMS

Low Profile sortation systems available with overhead and side pusher systems. Sortation on belt conveyor is used when the product is too small for roller conveyor. Belt conveyor should be used carefully and must be designed correctly due to side pressure on belt. Side pressure on belting will cause belt tracking problems. Bottom v-guides are often used in these applications but a top v-guide is often a better choice for sortation.
