Description

 The SD-Series Conveyor is extra versatile is are used in many different applications: Excavation (sand, gravel, cement), Agriculture (fertilizer, grains, chemicals), Mining (dirt, coal, rock) and any type of material handling imaginable		  

SD-Series

Standard Specifications

Belt- 16" wide, concaved/troughed, 2ply smooth top belt. 

Cleats- 1-1/2" high chevron cleat on 24" centers.  

Belt Speed- Constant 130 FPM.  *variable speed available in 3 phase.

Motor- 1-2 HP single phase
115/230v, RPm 1725.  *Gas or hydraulic motors available.   

Speed Reduction- Sealed 10:1 Gear box. #40 Rollar chain.

Total gear ratio- 12.92:1

Drive Drum- 8" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Tail Pulley- 6" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Take-ups- Take-ups provided at tail pulley. Provides 4" of belt take-up.

Bearings- Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings.
