TR-3 Series Conveyors    

Description

A TR3-Series belt conveyor is designed for conveying material from one level to another. With four inch high cleats, this conveyor is designed to move bulky material such as tires, boxes, containers etc. Material can be conveyed at steeper inclines, which helps reduce the amount of floor space.

Standard Specifications

Belt- 20" wide, flat, Smooth top PVC belt.   

Belt Speed- Constant 105 FPM.  *variable speed available in 3 phase.

Motor- 1 HP single phase 115/230v, RPm 1725. 

Speed Reduction- Sealed 20:1 Gear box. #40 Rollar chain.

Total gear ratio- 12.92:1

Cleats- 4" tall rubber Rubber coated, bolted on 48" centers.

Drive Drum- 7" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Tail Pulley- 6" in diameter. Open caged for self cleaning.

Take-ups- Take-ups provided at tail pulley. Provides 4" of belt take-up.

Bearings- Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings.
Controls- Forward and reverse controller
